The Master Plan

    Marvin Goldstein is furious but says nothing.  He only stares at the council members seated around the long, rectangular conference table in the richly appointed meeting room - now bearing no resemblance to the bunker under the synagogue that decades before was never discovered by the Russians during the battle of Berlin.  His stare comes to rest on Karl Steiner, a direct descendent of a Nazi Gestapo officer, who has his hands folded on the table and an equally grimacing expression on his face.  Finally, Goldstein says, "All rise and recite the creed."
    In unison, the council says, "I am a Jew and Aryan, a blend of 2 advanced races.  Now, as one, our race is superior in every respect and, therefore, preordained by God to rule the world as it was set out and intended in the ancient scriptures.  This is more than a duty but a sacred right to seize control of the lesser races and save them from themselves for it is the hands of the inferior that will ultimately destroy them.  Only the superior can direct the will and intent of the inferior.  We shall achieve this right by any means and manner we deem justified for it is the superior who determines right and wrong and not the inferior world.  May our will and resolution never yield to the ways of the world and remain steadfast in our mission as messengers of the chosen people of God."
    They turn and extend their hands towards a flag on the front wall that has a red background and white circle in the center.  Inside the circle, the Star of David encloses the Nazi swastika.
    Goldstein, with full beard and black suit of the Orthodox Jew, immediately turns his attention to Steiner and pounds on the table with such force the pitchers and water glasses tremble.  "What in the hell did you mean risking all we have worked for all this many years by some childish attack on that stupid-ass Church Of The Restoration?  It all sounded like something those idiots in Israel would do, running around shooting at any Arab in sight.  Where has such foolishness got them.  The people of Israel and the Arabs are still as far apart as they were 100 years ago, and the stupid bastards are still shooting at each other in such pointless undertakings that will accomplish nothing.  This council must approve any such action taken in the overt section of  The Master Plan."
    The traits of the master race are dominant in Steiner's appearance.  He is tall, lean, has blue eyes and blonde hair.  There is an obvious disrespect in his tone when he says, "There was a breakdown in communication.  Our local representation misunderstood our communiqué when we defined The Restoration as a threat to The Master Plan.  They over-reacted but I must say the Overt Operations Committee regards The Restoration as a grave threat.  Anything that can unite the people under a nationalistic standard can only serve to destroy the divisions we have created in all those years you just mentioned."
   Goldstein pounds on the table again and shouts, "So they sent 2 men like some crazy-ass suicide bombers who thought they would serve some worthwhile purpose in blowing themselves up.  Such a tactic is only employed by the inferior who don't have sense enough to understand The Master Plan has no place for such senseless acts.  Anything we do must be calculated and set in motion at the proper time, and this council has sole authority for that.  We must be thankful they at least accomplished some of what they intended.  They blew themselves up and, hopefully, did not endanger The Zonno.  Fucking stupid....fucking stupid!  Need I remind you that the very first overt act of the Zonno was the ill-faded July Plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler, and where did that lead?  That, of course, was before the bloodline of the Aryan German and German Jew  evolved but even then, without the superior intellect of the blending of these races, those in the plot realized the hopes of the Third Reich were doomed.  The intellect that is now ours cannot be polluted by any overt action that can accomplish very little, even if successful.  I'm going to defer this meeting until tomorrow at the same time.  Until then, each of you must read and re-commit yourselves to The Master Plan.  I don't suppose you need to read the whole 300 pages - just read the outline."

The Master Plan - General Outline
Resolved Within The Fallen Walls Of Berlin December 31, 1945

    The Jews and Nazis were devastated in the ill-conceived and poorly managed tactics of the war.  Now, there is a new alliance between the Nazi and Jew.  To achieve their rightful place in the world, these essential components must advance on a broad front, carefully balancing covert and overt activities so as not to reveal the existence or intent of the new order until the inferior consume themselves in the conditions we must assist them to create.  It must be a well-calculated and closely guarded secret and will require many decades to implement.  

Theater Of Operations:  United States

Financial
The order must gain control of the world economic system:
    -Recognizing in a capitalistic society, there is constant pressure to gain greater market share, such a practice will ultimately lead to few large conglomerates resulting from the failure of smaller companies and the merger of others.  This condition will be addressed as follows:
        -Set up front companies to purchase stock in companies after the mergers.
            -Once substantial holdings exist, initiate major sell-offs which will reduce company stock value to the point it is likely to fail, be taken over by a larger company or merge with another one.
                -Place funds from the sell-off in the failed company into either the newly merged company, another company presently having a higher stock value or retain in a holding company for future investment.
                    -This process over several decades will produce substantial holdings in conglomerates, a powerful number of voting shares and possible appointments to executive positions or boards or directors.
                        -With the achievement of these strong positions, funds can be systematically and cautiously drained into the front companies where complete control exists.
                            -Contingency Plan - Should this process not produce total control, take covert action to reduce public confidence in the companies by methods such as:
                                -Rumors of scandals due to misuse of corporate funds.
                                -Attacks on personal reputations of the corporation officers.
                                    -As an example, prostitutes could be used and recorded on film as a method for blackmail.

Psychological
The intellectual and psychological silhouette begins to form towards the latter stages of childhood when a person reaches his or her most impressionable point in life.  The training of the Hitler Youth is an excellent example of how indoctrination at this point in life can direct a person's thought patterns and values towards a pre-determined end.  This established scientific fact will be employed as follows:
    -Begin a mass psychological retro-fruition away from nationalism and morality which will not be a brainwash process, such as was the case with the Hitler Youth, but one constructed on the alteration of values from the point the intellectual and psychological silhouette begins to form.  Existing communication modes will be the most effective way to achieve this.
        -Infiltrate screen and script writers into the entertainment industry.  Turn the themes of these modes over a period of years into entertainment which:
            -Establishes attitudes of triviality towards traditional moral and nationalistic ideals through story lines dwelling on:
                -Crime and violence.
                -Comedies about families in non-traditional roles.
                    -Persons living together out of wedlock.
                    -Romanticizing out of wedlock affairs.
                    -Trivialization of sexual relationships to that of comedy rather than emotion.
                -Story lines misrepresenting United States position in history.
                    -Central target - the military through suggestion of wartime atrocities.
                    -Question motives and roles of leaders throughout history.
                -Government
                    -Themes on scandals, political payoffs and violation of public trust.
   -Infiltrate the press.
        -Use magazines romanticizing alternate life style through supposed role models such as entertainers and homosexuals.
            -Create inclination towards such life styles and departure from traditional relationships.
        -Editorial writers of newspapers and other media sources.
             -Make best use, or even create, opposing factions on domestic and foreign policy by highly critical articles producing loss in public confidence in government.

Covert Operations
Form front organizations to crusade for racial rights.
   -Create strife among races.
   -Process can be enhanced by political lobby to weaken immigration laws.
        -Should produce greater subdivisions within country and lead to weakening of central control.
   -Congressional lobbyists.
        -Press for return of power to states.
            -Weaken federal government and create greater segmentation within country.
                -Offer covert candidates from Zonno for political office with wide racial representation.
                -Press theme of racial diversity further weakening national identity.

Overt Operations
Once society has been segmented to point of non-unanimity:
   -Initiate acts of violence between races and segmented political bodies.
        -Care should be taken to create the impression there is no outside encouragement of resultant violence and hate which can be expected to grow once this motion has begun.
    -Political assassinations trough the appearance one of the segmented groups is responsible. 

Closing Action
Initiate complete sell-off of all Zonno funds and transfer to holding companies.
   -Depending on maturity level of loss of nationalism, departure from traditional values and damaged economy, at the proper time, reinvest in areas that will greater strengthen the position of the Zonno.
   -Incite riots among races and use foreign mercenaries for overt military style action against stretegic targets.

    It is a much more composed and business-like Goldstein that faces the council members, each of whom has a copy of The Master Plan in front of him.  The setting suggests total coordination as all the water glasses, briefcases and papers are in the exact positions in front of each person.  In an obviously restrained voice, Goldstein says, "I must express regret for my attitude at our last meeting - but only in mannerism and not content of the message I hope you all seized.  The action of the Zonno must be driven by proper analysis of known facts and not resort to emotional outbreaks, often resulting in the emotion-driven traits of the ill-bred.  I think we can now get to the committee reports.  If substantial fact exists, we can possibly plan the initial action for the next stage.  May we hear the financial committee's report?" 
    Another person, dressed as an Orthodox Jew, says, "I am pleased to tell you that certain stages of the financial infiltration seem to have developed a life of their own, inasmuch as they are feasting on conditions not anticipated by the original plan.  Due to the uncontrolled level of immigration, there has been much unrest in the older labor unions consisting primarily of Caucasians and Negroes.  Many of the jobs are either being outsourced to workers for whom there are no benefit plans and present no need to pay the employers' portion of Social Security tax or discontinued altogether due to the increasing presence of mechanization.  There's only a few large unions left, such as the one throughout the automobile industry.  For reasons I really can't explain to this council, the auto union is still making unreasonable wage demands and threatening strikes.  All these senseless demands are playing directly into the hands of the Descendents of the World labor organization, consisting of only Spanish and Oriental members, who are devouring the jobs like a hungry dog eating from a garbage can.  In fact, Majestic Motors recently announced a closure of one of its larger plants and the intent to transfer the whole operation - material, equipment and immigrants as well to Mexico where, unknown to anyone until now, they've set up a new plant with advanced computer programs eliminating the need for any of the other employees who now find themselves like someone with a full erection standing in a hotel room and watching a whore run out of the room once she has received her money.  The common practice of outsourcing, the foolish demands of the labor unions and the availability of lower wage immigrants, both in the United States and now Mexico, are wonderful tools that have largely created themselves but are weakening the economic system.  This is not to mention other trades that have moved their operations out of the country to avoid tax.  This insane idea of government at the state level has produced complete loss of control and the entire economy is at the point strongly encouraging more pronounced covert action.  Over the years, we have accrued vast holdings in many companies, Majestic Motors as an example, and I might add that with the anticipated increase in profits resulting from lower expenses for the assembly work in Mexico, within the past 2 weeks, the company's stock has risen 20 points."
    Council members nod and glance at one another with approving smiles before the report continues.  "It is our recommendation that all stock in Majestic Motors be sold at its present level and transferred into a holding company.  We have enough shares to cause a resultant sell-off from other stockholders.  With the anticipated fall in stock value, we should have enough shares to gain control of the company.  After that, we simply could continue the operation in Mexico that those senseless bastards in the labor union forced the company into.  The American economy is now one driven by service industries.  Then too, there's a fast food restaurant on every corner, and there're all trying to sell each other that poison they call food.  What manufacturing remains is no longer especially relevant due to poor product quality, increased imports and instability created by both the immigrant employees and continuing demands of the labor unions.  A bold frontal financial blitzkrieg on Majestic Motors is recommended."   
    Another man, showing no Jewish traits but the same slender, blonde and blue-eyed appearance as Steiner, takes the floor.  He is nearly dressed in a blue suit, white shirt and gray tie and also wearing the red, white and black lapel button first used by the Nazi Party in the 1930s.
   Before he can begin his report, Goldstein says, still in the restrained tone, "Of course, you realize that thing you have on your lapel was outlawed in Germany decades ago.  If you wear it outside this compound, you'll be arrested.  Such self-righteous gestures do much to sustain the general populace, you understand.  It thinks  removing the swastika from sight somehow purifies all that happened during the war.  Now, may we get on with the report from the psychological committee?"
    The committee member simply removes the emblem from his collar, drops it in his briefcase and begins his report.  "I must echo the comments of my distinguished colleague from the financial committee.  The psychological committee has found many in-born enhancements to the psychological plan requiring very little contribution from the Zonno.  Again, in 1945, the framers of The Master Plan did not conceive that a television would be in nearly every American home.  This medium offers an outstanding opportunity that, if properly employed, can contribute substantially to what was first called a mass psychological retro-fruition which is to say a mutated development of will and intent away from purpose and meaning to that of self-gratification and pursuit of worldly pleasures.  May I give you a simple example.  At the close of World War II, there was a high sense of nationalism within the United States.  Much of the motion pictures at that time were about the war, and many of those at the threshold of their intellectual and psychological silhouette had high opinions of their country and many of them wanted to be soldiers.  The entertainment industry, if properly manipulated, can do much in filling the silhouette in one direction or the other.  I must say I was never a believer in that, I'm going to say unsubstantiated theory, we had a few years ago that over a period of time, exposures to certain mood and mind related influences could produce an altered recessive gene causing low levels of motivation.  Even if such a process were true, it would take centuries for the gene to develop, and we need not even consider that, if we have much more proven methods in our hands, which we certainly do with the entertainment industry."
    "For quite a long time, both television and motion pictures have discontinued any themes remotely concerning nationalism, past history or any other substantive focus for that matter.  Only partially due to our infiltration into these mediums of mass communication,  there has been a succession of releases dealing with drug culture, crime, street gangs, child molestation, political corruption and what is called reality situations.  One weekly television program called Block Party concerns binge drinking by teenagers who prowl about their neighborhood tearing down mailboxes and fornicating in the back seats of their cars.  Another one called The Bridge Club is about a group of wives who became bored with their weekly card games and decided to make wagers as to how long it would take them to seduce the others' husbands.  One recent motion picture called Confessions concerned a priest who became disenchanted with the priesthood, became a drug dealer and as an excellent means of cover, distributed the drugs to his clients in the privacy of the confessional booth.  The enterprise had a rather tragic ending when Vatican III discontinued the sacrament of confession, the priest lost his source of income and was eventually murdered by the pimps to whom he was indebted in his newfound life style.  With such exposure to this type material, plus the political and social unrest now existing, we can safely say the intellectual and psychological silhouette is being filled by intents and attitudes highly favorable to The Master Plan - specifically a shallow understanding of values and the development of a highly self-oriented society, that being an acquired, or even inborn if you believe in that theory, lack of ambition to progress in a meaningful direction but towards what is now portrayed as the emerging life pattern."
    "Once, there were television documentaries on political and military history.  These have all but vanished and are now being fully replaced by documentaries on protest-oriented movements and political scandals.  Much of the so-called news is in the entertainment tabloids dealing with drug culture, rights of homosexuals, promiscuity and bizarre stories about 300 pound women with 3 legs.  Much of local television news is now devoted to stories on child molestation, rape cases and domestic violence."
    "It is the decided opinion of this committee that the overriding attitude within the country is one of lack of conviction or worthwhile intent and should be expected to yield little resistance to covert or guarded overt operations."
    Without being recognized, the covert committee chairman slaps both palms on the table and says, "Here, here.  Organizations such as the International Diversity Society, although not related to this psychological metamorphosis we have just heard, have created warring factions within the country.  Cells of this organization are built around the interests of various racial groups.  One race, or combination of races, is highly suspicious of the other, and there is an automatic opposition to any proposal this organization makes - even within its own membership.  The Malatas, a racial mix between Caucasian and Negro, is especially hated, because in the views of the other races, this mix represents what they call 'the old and discriminatory America.'  There's enough organizations formed around races, you could fill the yellow pages.  Hell, the Malatas are the major members of something called the National American Association to Recover Rights (N double A R R).  All they ever do is walk around carrying signs about injustice and exclusion from opportunity.  Oh yes, I should also mention the Descendents of the World labor organization, all Spanish and Oriental, as well as the Gay Rights Alliance.  There's all these splintered groups, all accusing the other of basically the same thing and blaming everyone but themselves for their own loss of conviction.  Although no  organization is directly involved, there is strife, suspicion and hate among life styles, those who somehow have managed to hold on to their money and those who have lost it all, in their opinion, because of all the others."
    "These conditions present an excellent opportunity to further incite unrest in the many organizations, promote opposing  lobbyists and offer additional political candidates whose platforms can be constructed along racial and social lines.  As the races have chosen to separate themselves, many of the residential areas are near exclusively filled by one race or combination of races.  Choosing a candidate with the same racial background within these state legislative districts carries a near certain probability of election.  I now yield to the overt action committee."
    A very athletic-appearing man with strong masculine features, dark complexion and jet-black hair waits a few moments, glances directly at each council member, and his stare finally comes to rest on Marvin Goldstein.  He nods at each committee chairman and finally says, "With these reports, I need not offer redundant detail, and we can safely say the United States is at the point of complete anisotropia.  The intellectual and psychological silhouette in much of the population is sufficiently weakened and the society is satisfactorily fragmented so as we can predict with some degree of certainty there will be no consistent response to well-advised and carefully planned overt action.  Well-placed acts of violence such as vandalism, arson and fire bombings can well be expected to cause the already-existing fragments to suspect and take action against one another.  We have ample, highly-skilled representation within the International Diversity Society to set this plan in motion immediately."
    Goldstein looks over his rather extensive notes, appears consumed in conflicting thoughts for a few moments and finally says, "As council chairman, it is my responsibility to, with learned guidance from the various committees, determine when and in what form the closing action should be initiated.  The steps must be well-conceived, adequately managed and closely guarded to generate no discovery of the Zonno.  Our initial steps will be - first, watch the stock value of Majestic Motors.  Allow the value to increase as it should based on the financial report.  On the first day of a reduction in value, initiate a major sell-off of all Zonno shares and place the capital in a holding company I will later direct.  This should weaken the position of the present board of directors, and with our representation at various levels of the American business structure,  we should have enough voting shares to install our own executive officers and gain control of the company.  Should these steps not unfold as I anticipate they will, the council will then need to determine the appropriate overt activities that will bring this company to the point it can be taken over.  This is the predestine right of the Zonno - that superior intellect may at last seize the inferior, rule the world and save mankind from the strife that has existed since the beginning of time."
